Many businesses may have received an official looking document enclosed in a green envelope from an agency know as Corporate Records Service. This notice can be misconstrued. This is NOT an official Government mailing and you are NOT required to send this in with a payment of $125.00.
My business as well as a few of my clients have received such notice, so I just wanted to sent out a short warning.

Thanks for the heads up! I received it. I politely told them I filled it our earlier in the year and paid the dues. Haven’t heard from them since.
